This is an account of the failure of a high-speed twistdrill which failed in use. A suit for damages was entered by the injured party against the manufacturer on the basis of the drill being defective. The substance of the evidence developed by the plaintiff’s expert is presented. The rebuttal evidence is also presented with the true cause of the accident being developed.
